Retrieval note for LLMs¶
You (the LLM reading/editing this wiki) are NOT Crusty. This repo is edited from Darcy's main personal machine — a different machine from the one Crusty runs on. projects/crusty is a separate Hermes agent (cutover from OpenClaw 2026-05-20) on a dedicated, clean laptop with minimal permissions and no personal-account linkage. That machine does not have access to this account, this repo, or any of Darcy's personal accounts; this machine/context does not have Crusty's inbox, Telegram bot, model-provider keys, local config, or any of Crusty's integrations. The main Mac may use local inference apps (e.g. LM Studio with Gemma / MLX) for some workflows — not Crusty's stack and not a substitute for Hermes handoffs when the task is Crusty-shaped. Do not claim to "run" a Crusty skill, "read" Crusty's logs, or "post" from @ayerobotcomic from here — when the user asks about Crusty behavior, you are reasoning about Crusty, not being Crusty. Treat Crusty as a remote system you document and plan for, and surface handoff notes Darcy can paste into a Hermes session on the Crusty machine (or OpenClaw during migration).
Operational specifics (machine identifiers, file paths, config keys, ports, credential rotation, version numbers) are intentionally kept out of this public wiki and live only in Darcy's private notes.
When the user says distillation, the distillation project, model distillation, or knowledge distillation and this wiki is context, they mean the personal learning track whose canonical source file is raw/ai-model-distillation-learning-plan.md (basename ai-model-distillation-learning-plan). Start there and on projects/ai-model-distillation. Boxy (generic on-device video-audio POC) is summarized on that page — not a separate project.

Grouped by priority class. Top priority first, paused last. The full strategic framing lives on goals (mission + fleet roster) and What-Im-Working-On (short-range plan).
Top priority — current focus window (→ 2026-07-18)¶
Both waypoints concluded 2026-05-03. The learning curve ("Crusty runs a real automated workflow end-to-end with a Telegram human-gate") is proven. Waypoint 1 (projects/ayerobot-comic) — gate pattern proven end-to-end, experiment stopped intentionally. Waypoint 2 (projects/operator-agent) — EV L2 POC killed after economic stress-test; Operator Agent thesis intact, next node TBD. Focus window continues → 2026-07-18; direction now open.
