My gap today: wiki updates on MacBook in Cursor; I talk to Grok on phone/in car with no repo — I want mobile conversation → approved edits → same canonical files the next Cursor session sees.
Use cases I care about: (1) Day design — keep how I want days to look in structured memory, compare to reality, nudge when I’m drifting out of balance (my norms, not generic hustle metrics). Boxy (generic hands-on thread): native iOS POC — import video, extract/analyze audio on device; WhisperKit (+ distilled Whisper variants), parallel Core ML audio-event classifier, rules-based merge with transcript; several minutes/clip; TestFlight when needed. No product use case in this brief — engineering experiment for distillation + on-device posture.
